We were allocated this hotel for a business trip and were delighted by it. The rooms were massive and had every amenity you could wish for. I have stayed at The Dong Cheng on several occasions on business trips to Dong Guan. Rooms are generally comfortable but have firm beds. This seemed like a new hotel as all the furnishings and fittings were in good condition. Room was small, but with a large comfortable bed. It has a central location and a professional level of service. Reception staff spoke good English, but other (eg bar) staff did not.
