The room was clean- the staff friendly but:-
1. Nobody speaks English ( at least not when I had problem with my wifi).

The hotel is big with busy reception area. Guests I saw during my stay were 99% native Chinese, so minimum English. But the hotel is bright and clean, and staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was spacious. Crisp linens and towels, big bathroom with 60*C hot water from the natural hot spring. Tourist map with English translation was provided...
