We had a great stay at this place, great lofty feel and wonderful spa on top! Pool was a bit dirty upstairs. The restaurant was awkward with only one waiter for 2 floors and the chef must have been asleep. Food was okay but we were the only ones eating so it probably would have been better with more business.... More

Wildly overpriced, but quite the stunning warehouse/hostel repurposed as hotel. The employees at the main desk are all very English fluent, really sweet, and the rest of the hotel's service is just great. Nice hotel, staff goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable and arrange tours, etc. Rooms are nice but small. The hot tub overlooking the lake is cold water -- very disappointing after a long day of trekking. It is expensive for what you get. “very nice hotel”

It is a very nice hotel. With very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, nice shower, good bed, clean and airy. You can park next door lost. Walking distance to downtown. Hotel itself has a very good kitchen. Lovely pool on the roof of the hotel where you can relax after a tiring day and enjoy beautiful views.

“Excellent stylish hotel”

The best view of Pueto Natales, Última Esperanza canal and Mount Balmaceda. Staff were very friendly, room was good and stylish. The hotel have the best restaurant in town. And your spa is wonderful, very cozy and relaxing massages.

We only stayed here for one night and wished we had the time to stay longer. It was so beautiful stunning views across the water from our room very comfortable bed and well decorated rooms. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the staff service. Would reccomend this place to stay very clean and tidy
