The staff was super helpful in planning excursions (although the excursions were a bit pricey) and being proactive-- they anticipated what we wanted to do and planned ahead for us. The "kids" who worked at night were very nice and loved to chat. The rooms were very warm and plenty of blankets were provided.

Hotel Alcazara good place to stay. Wonderful, welcoming, family-run. Comfortable straightforeword accomodations at a price that is reasonable. You won't regret staying here. Also, while in Puerto Natales, enjoy a first-class dining experience at Angelica's, located on the main street downtown.

We stayed at the Alcazar for 2 nights. The accomodations are very basic, sparse, very small rooms and bathroom. The free breakfast was unimaginative. The staff however is very helpful in arranging tours, getting you to and from the airport and so on.
