There is always only one person on the desk when the big flights from Europe arrive EVERY EVENING. Have to queue for ages. Surely someone in management would have worked this out by now. On a positive note, the staff throughout the hotel are brilliant; friendly, courteous and helpful.

In stayed at the Meridian for one night stay over, it is a good clean hotel and the internet speed was sufficient, the staff was helpful and friendly. I have not stayed at the Akwa and can not compare the 2. My room was clean and I had no problems.
