My husband and I arrived at Siem Reap during a very hot season in May 2012. We took comfort in our air-conditioned rooms when we were not out. The lobby was very stuffy and lacked air ventilation. But otherwise, the breakfast buffet spread was very comprehensive. The hotel staff also helped us plan our itinerary for our day at the... More

We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was of good quality, bar girl was lovely, door staff were friendly. The pool was nice, my only complaint is that it is quite sheltered from the sun. The spa was overpriced so we went to siem... More

I had a great experience at this hotel. Everybody there was really friendly, helpful and felt very safe. We also found the location to be really great. It was very close to the markets and walkable or very short and cheap tuk tuk ride for fun. Also, the free breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and great way to... More

Great location - hotel is on the river and walking distance (5-10 mins) to the Old Market where the bars, restaurants and markets are. Also tuk tuks waiting outside if you don't fancy the walk or haven't arranged a tour to the temples. Food/drinks - good choice at breakfast. It's only on until 9:30 which at first we thought was... This is a great hotel for a family stay. They have good size family rooms and the pool is a great spot to cool off after a day sight seeing. Our room overlooked the river and was close to all of the town's attractions. We found that the hotel was very clean and that the staff were very accommodating. We... More

This is not a luxury hotel but very good one. Room size is average, beds are good, air condition OK. Breakfast for European could be better but it is adequate. Good free Wi-Fi. Nice location at the river with walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Cheap tuktuks if you feel too hot to walk. If I would come again... More

I recently stayed at Angkor Riviera for 4 nights as i explored Siem Reap. This hotel has a lot going for it - location, friendly staff and clean. Check in was quick and easy, reception staff organised a tuk tuk driver for us typing request, and also organised out bus tickets down to Phnom Penh. Rooms are large and clean,... More

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in a Superior Room. The first night we had twin beds but we changed rooms the next morning. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with our needs and for booking transport. They also put us on to a great Tuk Tuk driver (Mr Kosal) who drove us around for 3... More

I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. This is not due to a strange our unlucky experience, but an established practice of the hotel defended by the managers I spoke with. After breakfast following our first night at the hotel, I returned to my room to find 3 well-dressed employees of the hotel going through my partners wallet. They... More

The hotel is located about 7 km from the airport. Took the airport transfer by the hotel and the journey was good and the driver was pleasant. We were served with welcome drinks and cold towels which were pretty refreshing considering Siem Reap was pretty warm and humid during our trip. Check in was fast and staffs were all pretty... More
