Had my first email ignored when trying to organise my pick Up so chased again a few days later. Got a quick response then and in fairness the driver was a gent, waited for me even though bus late. Checked into dorm but sheets were dirty. Asked for them to be changed which wasn't a problem to them. They didn't... More

Sometimes in dorm rooms, other people in the dorm may crash out on the wrong bed after cleaning, which is what has happened in this case. Of course the staff were quick to rectify the situation as it is unusual. - The pool is cleaned every day by professional pool cleaners - the best in Siem Reap. When salt is... More

clean dorm rooms, nice little bar with good food (and will provide beer pong cups!), a well-kept pool (very uncommon for hostels, and so welcomed with the siem reap heat!), and extremely professional and polite staff.

I pass by here on the way home from work and stop by for a beer or two. Happy Hour kicks off at 6pm, great cocktails and free popcorn! They have an indoor pool which is good for the really hot days here. Haven't been upstairs to the rooms, but the downstairs bar/restaurant are great! Nice staff too.

This place could charge more than the $6 per night they do and it would still be well worth the money. The 6 bed dorms are cleaned regularly, the sheets changed on a much more frequent basis than I would ever dream of doing back home. The swimming pool is phenomenal after a day out in the Cambodian heat and... More

This was probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed at. Aircon in the dorms was great, outlets and lockers in the room, clean, quiet, lots of spaces to hang out, they make your bed every day (this was a bit odd actually), bar has cheap beer, good food but a bit pricey, computers you can use for free, and best... My partner & I were backpackers looking for hostel, walked past this hostel & originally told US$10 for 2 people a night which they then discounted to US$6 for 2 people, per night. Excellent value as it was for a nicely decorated double bedroom with a fan & private bathroom (including hot/cold showers) fresh towels, toilet paper etc upon request,... More

Friendly staff but I felt the place lacked atmosphere.Maybe it was just a quiet time when I stayed. The pool is great for cooling off after a day wondering around the temples and the beer is nice and cold.I stayed in a 3 bed room and found the beds to be a little hard and being on the 3rd floor was... **Please throw your empty water bottles OUTSIDE the hostel. There're many street kids earning their living by selling these bottles.** i asked the woman at the reception if they throw the bottles away or sell it, she appeared unhappy and admitted they sell it. so i have reason to believe that the basket near the eating area on ground level,... Stayed here for 10 days while doing some volunteering at Children and Development Organization (a local orphanage) and I couldn't have asked for more in a hostel. The dorm was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice large storage locker underneath that fit my huge backpack, small day pack and camera bag. It also had A/C (which... More
