This is a nice hotel, room is spacious and clean, bed is somewhat hard, the breakfast choice is limited, yet the noodles served during breakfast is delicious. Unless you come with tour and everything has been arranged, or it is pretty inconvenient to go around since it is quite far from all the actions. No problem to go to the... More

I am quite satisfied with the tour agent who arranged this hotel, the staffs are v friendly n helpful n even tell me which places of interest n where is the most happening in town (pub street). The rooms are quite spacious n comfy . The only setback is the water pressure which is not that good . I would... More

Beautiful hotel, with a very wide double staircase going all the way up (lifts as well). Staff service in the restaurant is exceptional. Breakfast was amazing for a westerner considering we were in the middle of Cambodia. The pool was crystal clear (if a little shallow for our taste) but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. The large hotels all seem... More

Not much complaint - good size room and bathroom, plenty of english channels, accommodating staff. Bfast mediocre. Pool was ok - not really being used by other guests. The only things is for a 4 star hotel, the bathroom was not uo to taht standard and the water pressure was not that great - on 3rd floor.

We bought some bus tickets to bangkok trough the front desk. The price was 18 dollars per person. We where picked up by a very old bus and learned that the other passengers had only paid 8 dollars for their ticket. So dont buy your tickets of the hotel but go into town and save the money. No free wifi.... More

After backpacking and staying at guesthouses, poor motels, the hotel was a very nice change at a very good value. Even my tuk tuk driver said the deal was great. You enter a spacious and well-decorated lobby and take the big staircase or elevator up to the rooms, which are very clean, well-maintained and huge in size. The hotel is... More

Pros: Great gourmet breakfast included in the price. Pleasant and attentive staff. Clean and large rooms. Beautiful lobby. Staff spoke English perfectly. I saw them speak French, Korean too. It is adjacent to a great cafe Cons: Internet speed is slow. It might have improved now.
