I arrived late on a Friday night to a very friendly driver picking me up at the airport and everything for the next four nights was spot on. The location is right near the main street out to the temples, and is a 20 minute wander back from Pub Street which means you can eat out but don't have to... More

We spent two nights in Siem Reap in early May. Very hot!! The hotel was beautiful and the service excellent. We ate at the french bistro on premises and felt the food and service were very good and the prices very reasonable! Facilities, service, location, pool, food were all outstanding. I would highly recommend The Victoria to anyone.

Spent this last long weekend there for a break from Phnom Penh. Good deal on agoda for $78 per night++. Normally over $200. Fancied a big pool to do laps, laze and read books with a cold bevvy, plenty of loungers/umbrellas, room service and close to centre. All good on these points. place was virtually empty being hot season so... More

A test of any business is how they respond to concerns. My room air conditioning failed twice within 24 hours. Given the near 40 degree heat I was not too happy. The manager apologized profusely and moved me to the Maharaja Suite for the balance of my stay, provided an excellent bottle of red wine and a fruit plate. The... More

Spent 4 nights in the Victoria Angkor Spa Resort and found it to be quite a lovely place. Room was nice and comfortable with large king bed and our room overlooked the pool. Pool was large enough though water was ate warm due to the sun. The hotel had some cute little touches, every day, a little gift souvenir would... More

This is a luxury hotel in terms of ammenities but not for service. I had emailed ahead of time to book trips and they were very inflexible and just wanted to sell standard tours. When we arrived the guest services lady who booked the trips did not know or tell us important information like having the tops of our arms... More

We spent three nights here in Mid April. The hotel was fabulous, it was very relaxed and despite lots of guests it still seem to be peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is beautiful though not quite cooling after a hot day at the temples. The staff are superb, always smiling and helpful. Plenty of eating options and a nice... More

We (3 adults and 2 children) stayed there in 2 rooms for 5 nights/6 days. The hotel has a good location within walking distance from the city or a 1,5 to 2 $ ride from Pub Street area. The hotel is beautiful, with inner courtyards containing koi ponds and a small (too small) fence for two small crocodiles. All over... More

Firstly I have not stayed at this resort and from the outside it looks nice, however I have experianced some of their "customer service". We were staying in siem reap last Sunday, cycling past we noticed a large poster, about 8 feet by 4 feet outside the hotel advertising Sunday brunch with use of pool for 16 usd. We went... More

We stayed at Victoria Angkor Resort during our 5-day visit to Seam Reap in April, the hottest month of the year there. The hotel was beautiful, with inner courtyards containing koi ponds and a spectacular, aesthetically-landscaped salt-water swimming pool. The warm water was a welcome antidote each day when we returned from our hot, dusty explorations of the temples and... More
