We had a great stay at Soksan Angkor Garden Guesthouse! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even with the slight language barrier (which happens basically everywhere in Laos & Cambodia). Had e-mailed Sarik the manager with our arrival time at the Siem Reap new bus station and he had promisd a free tuk tuk pick-up as advertised on the web page. I apologize all about this matter. That's all my fault. I like to explain all of this matter but i think that is also mere excuse. Now we fixed electrical problem and purchased new fan for restaurant also I trained my staff again regarding fresh linen change, compliment water policy and we must inform in advance to guest it will...
