We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights checking out on 19/05/2013. I contacted them via email to give them my flight details so that they could pick me up, but unfortunately I got no response, so i tried another 2 times but still nothing, so I finally decided to call them, someone answered and barely heard them because of... 24-hours concierge and driver service was awesome and caring feeling. They helped us providing a perfect trip during our stay. All concierge were very nice, kind and also our private driver was very professional, so we could spend the max enjoyable moment, visiting most monuments we wanted to see, lake and town. Love the lounge at the floor for a... More

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay on the Privilege Floor. It is a nice, quiet place to unwind, especially after a long day of sightseeing in the busy, hectic city of Siem Reap. And we really enjoyed the little bar area with complementary happy hours! Other than a couple minor issues, we really enjoyed the hotel and... More

Beautiful hotel and wonderful pool area - just right after a hot few hours spent at Angkor Wat. Attention to detail was great. The only slight mishap was that for some reason they forgot to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. To make up for it we had a fantastic lunch and were provided with a wonderful suite!... More

I have to agree with all the positive reviews here in tripadvisor. Traveling as a family in a group of three, we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Right from day one to the end of our stay, we enjoyed the services we received so warmly from the staffs of the hotel (Jacky, Alex, Ra Dom and Chanrong) and... More

The hotel is gorgeous and offers the luxurious experience beautifully meshed with local Khmer style and culture. The stay includes many perks such as personal driver, all day breakfast, free cocktails and incredibly affectionate and helpful staff. One of the best experiences by far.

We had been traveling in Asia staying in 5 star hotels and this hotel was the best of our whole trip! Met by Ana and Shrun (our great driver) at the airport and from then on everyone greeting us by name, treated us with such grace I was sad to leave! We spent happy hour on the 4th floor and... More

We stayed there for two nights in the royal suit. The service is so friendly and dedicated that makes you love the country. The property is good but far from the world standards. And yet it's charming and cozy. Extremely convenient for us as limited-time travellers were the driver and the guide on our disposal. The spa massages were a... More

The privilege floor is worth paying the extra for- their attention to detail, friendly staff and driver make it excellent value. We were met with jasmine bracelets and a bottle of fizz in our room. The room itself is nicely furnished and we had a good pool view. Evening cocktails ( free flowing and they actively encourage you to try... More

Sean and Jackie were wonderful hosts, the rooms were just great, nicely appointed, shower stall and separate cow foot tub. Personal driver and we were able to arrange a guide for Angkor Watt and all the other sites on our list,
