When reading this review, keep in mind I was there on business not as a tourist. The rooms are very nice and the staff friendly but not efficient. The location is terrible for town (but better for Angkor Wat) and they no longer have a shuttle service into town so you have to either take a taxi or haggle for... More

I have to admit the hotel is great, looks luxury and the salty water pool is great. I got a deluxe 2 twins bed pool view . But I wasn't very happy about the check in at all. I arrived and they asked for my name and reservation. So I handed them over the printed paper ( reservation confirmation )... More

A Clean honest hotel, no frills, fantastic pool, economical, good cocktails and food. Service is as you expect in Asia but the staff are exceptionally friendly and accomodating, relax you are on holiday so take your time and help the staff to manage your requirements. We visited some ritzy places and did not find the service better though the facilities... More

We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday for 3 nights and enjoyed my birthday at this lovely hotel. A very warm welcome and showed to our room by a charming member of staff. My wife had completed a long charity bike ride from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap so luxury was a priority, mission accomplished!! The... More

The hotel was picked by our travel agent in Shanghai, we were a little concerned that it might be too far from central Siem Reap. It wasn't a problem, the hotel offered a free transfer between 8am and 8pm and a tuk tuk back at night only cost 3/4 dlrs and took 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean with... More

We arrived in Siem Reap having pre-booked another hotel on the internet. We very quickly decided that we would not be staying there, enough said. We asked a taxi driver to bring us to the best hotel in town and he dropped us off at the Angkor Era. The owner was good enough to follow us back into town to... More

The hotel will serve you welcome drinks upon entry which is a plus. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and seamless. All hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food is not too expensive. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
