On another Siem Reap Trip I tried the Paradise Angkor Villa. Located rather unusual about 2 kilometers east of the City. Rather unattractive street but with easy access to the City and the Angkor Temples. I booked a premier Deluxe room. Upon arrival I was checked in to a room that the staff insisted upon was a Premier Deluxe room.... More

Beautiful hotel, with stunning pool. Pay the extra 2 dollars and upgrade to the premier superior, amazing rooms, you wont be disappointed. Staff very friendly and professional. Food at hotel is average, but service was great. The breakfast is gesred towards the incoming chinese market, not for western pallet, if you ain't big on brekkie, then your laughing. Only snag... We chose the Paradise Angkor Villa Hotel through a Groupon offer and stayed 2 nights (27/3-28/3). The hotel is lovely, just on the edge of the town. Despite the location, you can easily get a tuk tuk ride for 5 usd (they wait until you are done, and take you back to the hotel). The premier deluxe room was spacious... More

First, locals call this hotel, "pair uh dee", using a more French pronunciation. This caused confusion as there is another Paradise Angkor hotel (without the villa) in Siem reap. When we arrived in the city, the driver took us to the wrong hotel. We had a one bedroom apt, and it was very spacious with a full bath, living room,... More

I stayed here after finding a Groupon deal which gave us a pretty good rate. There are several things that you need to know about this hotel before you decide to stay here: 1) The location is pretty poor in the sense that it isn't centrally located, nor is it very close to the town of Siem Reap, or the... I would like to share my top reasons why I would never choose this hotel again. First of all none of the staff understands even basic english. There is no way you can make yourself understood, as they will only understand certain common words and phrases. Second, on our last day there we saw a big cockroach in the bathroom.... More

We chose the Paradise Angkor Villa Hotel through a Groupon offer and stayed 3 nights (12-14/12/11). Email exchanges with Vuthy Pov, Sales & Marketing Manager enabled us to reserve the room, the airport transfers, a free massage (foot massage, very useful after temple visits) and a guide for a temple tour. The hotel is superb, just on the edge of... More

The hotel itself has some great features - especially the pool BUT it is a long way from anywhere and you are totally dependent on tuktuks which are often not to be found - we waited 40 mins one lunch time in 35 degree heat. the breakfast was the most ordinary in our 26 days trip but worst of all... The stay started well with a nice reception from the staff, the room was nice and the pool just amazing! First day after arrival we wanted to eat something at the restaurant, but the slow service left us annoyed and displeased. The second day we spent by the pool, which was really nice! Third day we came back to the... More
