My friend and I stayed in the saffron room which is the cheaper room on the second floor and it was spacious, well arranged and clean with free bottled water provided every day. Whilst small, the hotel shares an entrance with the neighbouring restaurant and art gallery so there is always people around and we never had to wait for... More

As part of The One hotel with just one room, the Be hotel in Siem Reap has 3 individual suites with private balcony or terrace overlooking the town. Very helpful staff including pick up from the airport. Right next to the hotel is Photographer John McDermott's gallery and the hotel itself features paintings and photographies on the walls. Rooms are... More

We stayed here in peak season and generally loved our stay. Fantastic location right in the center, very comfortable and quiet room (the doors are padded against external noise!), and charming helpful staff. Great restaurant recommendations too! We just had a couple of issues that made us question the price of our room (the Saffron room), relative to local prices.... More

We appreciate the review and the notation that we are working to correct the shortcomings this guest experienced. The water supply in the rapidly developing town of Siem Reap has been an ongoing issue that we, and every other local business, has to battle. A year ago we added extra storage tanks which seem to work for a while but... More

I do love this place, and have stayed twice. The location is by far the best in Siem Reap, right amongst the restaurants, shops and bars, so you never want for anything. The rooms are spacious and groovy, with a wonderful balcony. The whole place has a sleek, cool groove, but a friendly, home-style service. Staff are lovely and helpful... More

The personal service was A1; the apt was quite nice. The only fault, which might not be a problems for many guests, was the Internet. It was sketchy in the bedroom, but usually fairly reliable in the living room. The apt was nicely furnished; this is a full apt, although there were no cooking facilities, it did have a small... We appreciate your nice review and very glad you enjoyed our personal service, location and rooms. Regarding the internet service in the rooms, we have added additional equipment to make sure the signal covers as much as the room as possible but like anywhere going through walls, doors etc. can be an issue. Since making these changes it seems to... More

What a great introduction to friendly Cambodia. We stayed 4 nights and were completely charmed by the friendly and informative staff. We were picked up at the airport and so getting to the hotel and settling in were one smooth and relatively quick progress enabling the relaxing time to commence. A tour guide and driver were organised for us for... More

The concept of a quaint boutique hotel with only 3 rooms, each individually themed, combined with an art gallery, restaurant, this is truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the touristy Old Market & Pub Street. Stayed in the Sepia Room and loved the design, the bathroom though no tub, was a lovely rain shower with a seating... More

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Be and had a great experience. From the moment they met us at the airport, the staff was friendly and attentive -- just within the ride to the hotel they helped us plan our tour schedule, recommended a delicious restaurant, and changed another restaurant reservation for us! The hotel’s location is excellent; it... More

We were booked for 5 nights and were the only guests in the hotel. We left after 2. I am a big fan of small boutique hotels that try something different. The idea of combining a hotel space with an art gallery is great and was part of the reason we chose to stay there. That, their very central location... More

This review, and the one from 16 June are from the same guest stay, one from the husband and one from wife. I am not sure ifTrip Advisor allows multiple reviews for the same stay but will let them sort this out. As with some reviewers, they feel the need to be heard and sometimes more so than the many... We were the only guest in this small boutique hotel. It is a gay friendly hotel which i find cool, enough discrimination everywhere. The owner was there accross the road when we arrived, me and my wife. I guess positive discrimination in this case lead him not even to come and say hello and welcome, was your 24H trip to... More
