There are plenty of great places to stay in Augusta – stay away from this one. Poor business practices.

This is a beautiful and extremely well-run B&B. Friendly innkeeper, outstanding breakfast, lovely room with all the comforts of home, and a quiet location just off the Katy Trail. We stayed in Suite #1 and felt right at home. We are already talking about returning to this B&B with a few friends in the Spring or Fall!

Walk in an you immediately feel welcome! Lynn has created a warm atmosphere that would make anyone feel special. I would challenge anyone to find a better breakfast! I would recommend a stay at the Applegate inn to anyone!
