Very comfortable bed and linens. Relaxing jacuzzi. Quiet room. More breakfast than I could eat. The cookies in the room were delicious. (I usually don't notice that).

My husband and I stayed in the "Noel Room". The room was very nice and spacious. The mattress was so comfy, we didn't want to get out of bed. The breakfast on Sunday morning was pretty good too. We had a nice stay.

We stayed at the Edelweiss guest house for two nights while visiting various wineries to celebrate my birthday. The experience was great! The room was very large with a comfortable bed & a marvelous two person jacuzzi! The staff was really friendly & breakfast was superb! I would highly recommend a stay and hope to be back soon!

We rode the katy trail 40 miles to get to Edelweiss and Kathryn was there waiting for us when we arrived. We only had a half hour to make it to the wineries before they closed so she had a tray of snacks with a couple glasses of wine which she had us put in our room. She locked our... More

Stayed in the Miss Kim suite for one night. Staff very friendly and welcoming from the start with a cheese plate and wine. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large jaccuzzi tub. Appreciated the bottles of water and cookies in the room...nice touch after you have been out drinking at wineries all day. Very private access to... More

We visited Edelweiss Bed & Breakfast with a couple of friends, and we had the two ground floor rooms (Miss Kim & Miss Heather). The rooms had nice furninshings and two person jacuzzi tubs, but they smelled like smoke. The rooms are advertised as "non-smoking", but these rooms are connected to the restaurant/bar which does allow smoking. For $160 per... More

Major point for Edelweiss is that the quality for the price doesn't stack up to other bed and breakfast establishments around the state of Missouri. The B&B is centrally located in Augusta, making your access to the nearby 9 major wineries easy (though really, everything is so close that it's not a necessity to stay in town). We stayed in... We stayed at the Edelweiss with another couple. We briefly met the owner, Kathryn Frazier, and happened to mention that we were about to leave for dinner at the Augusta Brewery. On our way out a few minutes later, the owner said she called the brewery and they have a 1 hour wait - but we were more than welcome... More
