The biggest complaint with the hotel is that the plastic key cards used to get into your room seldom work at all. We had 2 rooms with 2 keys each and we were at the front desk constantly getting new ones, recoding the existing ones, etc. A couple of times, the front desk asked what date we were checking out,... We stay at this hotel in Albert Lea every year for a family reunion in April that we hold in the hotel's Hospitality room. We have always had great service and a great time here. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Our "non-smoking" room was so smokey that considered checking out at 4:00AM, but since we were in town for a family funeral had no choice but to stay.
