I can forgive their ongoing renovations, which were a hassle but necessary. But no thermostat, crappy A/C by window. Slow internet. Bed and room fine. Free parking. They gave me coupons for the bar, which is nice.

The management was extremely helpful and I had a great experience at the bar. Room was much larger than I expected. The front desk agents were happy to call me a cab, and when the cab was going to take too long, the manager, Mark, drove me into town for free!

Very good overall. Room was very clean and pleasant. Front desk button on the phone did not connect to the front desk, however. I really liked the fact that the shuttle was available for traveling to the city. There is also a pool available.

Great service! Consistency in service and staff. Feel like I am going to home away from home when I visit. Manager and staff know my name and treat everyone like family. Internet and free breakfast superb.
