Got a decent rate, and the hotel facility is much improved due to new management. Had difficulties with wireless signal strength, but was told it is being worked on. Front desk manager Colleen was helpful regarding recommendations for activities and attractions, and helped with a cancellation I had to make at last-minute, without and penalties.
