This hotel really is the pitts!
I've been here 4 days now and my room has been cleaned only once (by cleaned I mean slightly less dirty and scummy, it still smells!), and I'm still using the same dirty towel which was here the first day, there is no crockery in the apparently fully stocked kitchen, the hotel in general...

After arriving, I was greeted with a check-in process lasting a conservative estimate of 35 minutes (I was then required to surrender my passport for a number of hours).
The unstylish, semi-lockable room contains a bathroom that is probably cleaned once per olympiad (at best estimate). The foul stains on the lavatory seat, basin, floor and shower appear to have...

Location is great Price is reasonable Front desk staff poorly trained in social interaction, lack friendliness & with uninviting attitude. Rooms Poorly maintained, No Bathtubs & Showers are extremely small & impractical. Kitchenette in the rooms are equipped with Microwave, Washing machine, but no usable dishes & utensils. Cleaning team very friendly & professional.
This place is terrible! There were nasty smells even in the entrance and the room looked filthy. There were even black marks all around the light switches! Yuk The TV didn't work and the bathroom didn't even have a proper shower! And only one dirty towel that has marks on it! Even the guy at reception tried to rip me...

Dubai is an expensive city for travellers, I know, but when you book a Hotel anywhere in the world for 120 US$ a night you expect a minimum:
a.) Clean Shower tray (in this case the surface was worn out and the fiber came out).
b.) Two towels if you come in double occupancy (in this case there was only...

We booked this hotel as it was in the Emirates link as we travlled to DUbai in EMirates. We paid about £60 and expected value for it. It was not as per the expectations. We never used the kitchen which was just a small L shaped corner of the same room which was not spacious. There was no bath/and not...

The apartments are extremely run down and my room did not smell clean. There were broken items and nothing appeared clean. The French windows onto the balcony did not close or lock.
The bed was comfortable enough but there was no top sheet. The hot water only lasted for a few minutes despite being switched on overnight and the towels...

I stayed for 2 weeks holiday in June/July 2011. Having noticed that people are still complaining about the apartments I feel I owe it to both the hotel and future potential customers to give a review.
I arrived at 7 am having travelled overnight I was really tired. The first room I was allocated was a corner room without a...

We stayed here in January 2012. We were given a room at the back, which turned out to be very busy from the car park. We were woken up on both nights by children in the car park. I think they must have been collected by their parents. Theis was at 1.15am and they were under 10 years old. When...
