Decent if uninspiring room, although we didn't have a view of the fountain which would have probably made it better. Service was very good, the argentinian restaurant served great food and being so close to the mall and the burj is a real bonus as there's not much else in Dubai. Nice pool area

This hotel is considered number one of the five stars hotel in Dubai. I have stayed in all the 5 stars hotel in Dubai but I couldn't find better than The Palace The old town. The location is perfect. everything is a walk distance from you. The price is OK and the service is fabulous!

Only had a short stay as had a connecting flight however during our stay we were welcomed and treated like royalty - the staff couldn't be nicer and friendlier if they tried.
