Just back from Richmond Hotel we found very helpful staff, it was very clean and suitable for our needs. It was a good way from main town but taxi cab fares cheap. only complaint we booked early morning wake up call and it never came would stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Although house-keeping was of very poor quality. The toilet, bathtub, refrigerator and balcony were never cleaned during our stay even though the housekeeper came in daily to make the bed and vacuum clean. Hotel Management should address this

Stayed here in 2009, nice hotel, my room/apartment was massive!!Staff weren't over friendly but fine, Breakfast isnt great so dont bother, theres a pool on the roof which is great!! Nice place though! Its not really in the cente of dubai though.
