Very close to the center of the city and on the main road, the hotel is nice and charmy. The room are pretty good and not too expensive. They clean you the room 2/3 times a time. So it is pretty clean. The water pressure is a bit low,so there could be some improvements.

Very convenience location with restaurants and subway station in less than 5 minutes walk.
Hotel is situated in th Sh.Zayed road and the rooms are pretty good considering what you pay. Crown plaza and the Fairmont us with in walking distance from this hotel. Reception staff is friendly and if you stay here you have to visit the Longs bar in the hotel.

I travel to Dubai often for work and have stayed at several top hotels. Towers Rotana would be near the top of that list. The location is unbeatable (Sh Zayed), great restaurants (Teatro), and the rooms are spacious. Overall a great experience!

Not as luxurious as the 5 star rotanas. The rooms are compact and so is the hotel in general. Breakfast was good, location is quite central,on Sheikh Khalifa Road. And 10 min taxi from Dubai mall, 20 min from airport. Had a lost bag problem, concierge was excellent in helping me out.. Also commend the hospitality of the receptionist..

This was our second stay in this hotel and as before the service was good, we received an upgraded room and found it ideal for trips to Dubai Mall. Despite having Longs Bar in the basement there is no noise.
