Friendly Hotel, all staff are willing to help. Hotel Security is good. I did not benefit from their Loyalty Card is their machine was not working for 2 trips.

I had originally booked at The Metropolitan Hotel in SZR but this was being refurbished (otherwise known as being demolished!) so was given a transfer to the Metropolitan Palace at the same price (which was already good value).
