A decent place to live in Dubai and a good sized double room, this is in the centre so where ever you plan to go while in Dubai this location is central and good restaurants available around this Hotel. This is now referred as Fortune Plaza and is accessible by Dubai Metro. This has some good clubs within for when... More

Well it was close to the airport but ..... the room smelt , the toilet was filthy the carpet was threadbare and covered in stains and when I opened the bedside cabinet there was a durex in it... The upsides: Price about $70 per room per night, breakfast cheapish, wifi access cheapish, very cheap Bar. Near to the new Metro stop. Staff generally friendly. The downsides: Bathroom needs renovation, windows need cleaning, pool area needs renovation, bar dingy.

I stayed here because I was visiting someone in Al Qusais. This place is terrible. Very unfriendly service, chemical detergent stink in the whole hotel that makes you woozy, banging South Asian house music from the in-house disco that makes the building shake until 3am. Faded rooms, although mine was clean. Extra charge for internet via wi-fi. I'm not squeamish... More

I had to stay here on business for 10 days and left feeling tired and run down. We were greeted by a dark reception with the smell of stale cigarettes, the same smell was throughout the hotel. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The safe didn't have any batteries so didn't work. There is... More

We were put up in this hotel by Royal Brunei airlines as our flight was cancelled. We barely survived the 24 hours and noone from our flight slept there as the beds were filthy. This hotel doesnt even look like in the photos and most certainly is not 3star by any standards. the carpets in the room were muddy the... More

Due to airline connections problems to KSA, I had to overnight a couple of days here with my family (wife and kid). We were received at the lobby by a strong smell of cigarrette; the room asigned (219) had a bathroom with a lot of fungus stuck to the bathtub and tiles; three noisy clubs inside the hotel assure that...
