This hotel is first class in every respect. Quiet, luxury quality rooms with wonderful beds & spotless bathrooms. Very helpful lobby staff. Magnificent breakfasts in a superb 2-level restaurant with a cook to prepare a full range of individual requests. Range of other in-house restaurants including a fun Italian/pizza restaurant. Lovely garden area at rear and handy supermarket close by.... More

The experiences at this hotel seem to be very dependent upon which rooms you stay in and also if you are used to hotels in the US. (US Marriott hotels tend not to be a lower standard than those in Europe.) Also expectations must play a part. This is a business hotel near the airport. It’s not a resort and... More

I stayed there for a week. Unlike and older look from outside, the interior is much better. The staff is friendly and ready to serve. The breakfast is good. The check in and out process was quick.

We stayed here for only one night - we had a long layover in Dubai. The service is really nice, employees are friendly. The rooms are spacious. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. Maybe the best place if you want to stay close to the airport.

4 day stay plagued with spotty (at best) internet service. Hotel limits download / upload speeds. Probably the worst experience I've had for internet service. Overall, the property is nice. It is close to the airport and a metro station. Restaurant selections in hotel is okay. Disappointingly, the one restaurant with what looked to have local style dishes was closed... More

Many thanks for your comments regarding your stay with us. We are delighted to announce that in June we are hoping to re-open our Arabic restaurant "Mays el Reem". With regard to the internet we had some recent connectivity issues that have since been resolved. We do hope you will stay with us again soon. Many thanks. More

One of the older hotels in Dubai howver the rooms and facilities are well maintained. Rooms are huge and the new, large LCD TV's are a great addition; we're looking forward to the promised signal upgrade Mr. Manger. This is a great hotel if you're in town on business; not ideal for a vacation. Plenty of restaurants and bars; the... More

Had a short but very nice stay at the JW in Dubai. The services were absolutely first rate from the pickup at the airport to the recommendations on how to see the city in a compressed timeframe. Room was exactly what you would expect at a great hotel. My only disappointment as it is a bit off the beaten path.... More

The rooms at the JW Marriott are huge with a huge bathroom with lots of amenities. The rooms looked a bit dated because of the wallpaper. We had access to the executive club, which offered a wide choice of food and drinks. The shopping Centre attached to the hotel is not particularly good so I would recommend a short taxi... More

The JW Marriott is an ageing business hotel in the old part of Dubai (Deira). The hotel is frequented by airline staff and business travellers with corporate rates worldwide with Marriott. The rooms are generous in size and have large bathrooms. The internet is chargeable which is a disgrace in this day and age. I strongly believe internet should be... More

Many thanks for your feedback as all feedback really helps us improve our service for customers. The internet is complimentary to all of our Platinum and Gold Marriott Reward Members. Unfortunately it is not complimentary to all our customers. We are pleased you enjoyed the German Hofbrauhaus experience and do hope we can welcome you back to the JW Marriott... More
