Really nice, professional & courteous staffs, specially LIbin & Emriel in the Restaurant. i wish i will come again in future in same hotel because of that, & give best regards to Waleed because i forget to take his email id. thanks again for all that experience that i got it from there.

15 minutes from airport hotel interior very decent, everything very well maintained staff friendly and caring good surroundings, many shops and restaurants in walking distance nice room, very clean, pleasant decoration, ok size, bathroom could use a renovation professional housekeeping, quick room service, excellent food reception and check out very efficient

All the waitress was great for us as well as jino who is a super cool guy and coming bartender as well,the waiter and waitres in the beverage section did a great job of keeping up us stock up,and made sure sure our drinks were always full... very nice place for conference and meetings , we just back from Dubai we was have a meeting there , im almost per year taking two training session in different places but this time relay i fell we are very comfortable. the staff every year have always been amazing and courteous to us , especially libin he is always available.

the hotel was greatbut what really did it for us was the exmplary serviceeach morning at breakfast!! jerimiah is excellent.a true professional !! for a couple from UK.. This is not a new fresh Holiday Inn, Quite old, usual smells of an old hotel. Room was ok for 2 nights stay, IF longer would prefer a newer hotel like the Ibis just 300 meters down the road.
