“Somewhat lacking”

Wi-fi is expensive, decor is very blah, and dining options while plentiful are either low-end or expensive. Both nights loud music played between 4 and 6 am - far too loud to be a guest room, I would think - but reception denied all knowledge.

Its Dubai so the food service and drinks were expensive. The room service was great. The front desk was helpful with directions. The pub had lots of sports and even an outside area not mentioned on website. (Good view) Only bad thing was a relaxed bar/restaurant called Trader Vic's wouldn't let me in with cargo shorts and sandles...to a TIKI... More

Just back from 3 nights here. The hotel is excellent with comfortable, modern rooms, decent bathrooms etc very typical of all the decent Dubai hotels. Better wi-fi than most. On Shk Zayed road which means a taxi to beach, attractions and anywhere else, or the metro which is just down the road. Rooms are comfortable and a couple of nice touches like sleep scents and Molton Brown toiletries. Breakfast was good with lots of selection including crispy bacon!!
