Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Apartment was clean and large, kitchen a little dated but we ate out or had room service food which was very good. “Everything I needed”

I was very pleased with the apartment and the property. It is a bit of a distance to most of the tourist attractions in the city but taxis are plentiful and the metro is a five minute walk. If I were to go back to Dubai I would most certainly stay at Flora Creek again.

Very central to everything, very pleasant and helpful staff. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything required and very spacious. The tour consultant Manoj Tahenali was most helpful and very knowledgable on tours etc. We had a great stay in Dubai and will definitely be returning.

The cost of going to the airport by the hotel taxi and the cost for food at the hotel were a little bit expenisive. One more thing I really appreciate and value the stuff they were respectiful. I have a travel agency office and I would recommend your hotel to my customer.

“Great Apartments - Unhappy with internet access.”

Great clean, big apartments. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. I have two complaints, you can only have one device that can access the internet at a time. What a treat, especially when traveling with a young family. Short walk to the Metro and mall & close to the airport. Spacious (well, room 103 certainly was). Well equipped. Friendly staff. Washing machine. Clean. Quiet.

With our plane arriving at midnight and travelling with two young children aged 4 and 2 we were greeted by friendly and helpful concierge staff immediately upon arrival. “Flora Ccreek: perfect location in Dubai”

I was in Dubai at Flor Creek Apartments with my family: the location is perfect in a quit zone of Deir, near at the metro and at the shopping center Deira City Center. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Nothing to say, only positive comments.

It would be perfect if not for one case concernig mistake in payments. Be careful and srupulous checking your bill or you could pay for someone else. Apart from this it is great. Functionality of huge rooms perfect, service fine.
