Was located here due BA cancelled all flights to Heathrow and re-booked on Emirates. Also Emirates returned after 3 hour flight and booked us in this hotel (I had business class). The hotel is new. Rooms are not that big but are equipped with almost all you need. The service is excellent. If you have any problem or need they do their best to satisfy you. I choose this hotel trying to close our vacation in a nice place. The smallest rooms we´ve found in our trip, our room was skipped for service twice, only warm water, too many trainees at the restaurant. Only one of the concierges drove the extra mile and helped us with some luggage we sent from Kuwait and delayed at customs.... More

I found this hotel to be an excellent place for stop over to Australia. The staff were superb. Nothing too much trouble. Food very good indeed. One of the best breakfasts ever. Spacious rooms. I had never been overseas and Samaya staff made it so enjoyable and comforting. We stayed for 8 days and the staff got to know us and interacted with us in an appropriate manner.
