Bad start when the taxi took me to the wrong Radisson hotel, both located on Medina Road! On arrival (and departure) no assistance with luggage. Indifferent Reception staff. The 'room' was a bedroom which was sparsely furnished and decorated - old, middle eastern style but very faux. Sitting area with TV and low coffee table- best place for the wirerless... More

The Radisson Blu Royal Suite Hotel in Jeddah is about a one hour drive from the airport. Check-in is straight forward but finding your room might be difficult depending on which tower your room is in. The suites are enormous and are more suited for families rather than single travellers. TV channels were limited, the rooms were clean and quiet... More

Rooms were so large that you can fit an elephant into it, amenities are ok, internet connection is a trouble, the problem is the service which is terrible, someone stole my smartphone from my room while I was out during the day, the hotel did NOTHING WHATSOEVER and complaining about it did not help.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights; I find the service at the reception and the restaurant for breakfast very friendly comparing to other hotels in Jeddah. The rooms are spacious. They follow a very traditional style that not everyone would like. I prefer more modern rooms. The hotel location is excellent where it is centrally located in Jeddah,... More

Plastic-looking fake period furniture is in questionable taste, but attentive and friendly staff make this a great little hotel. Comfortable rooms and beds, proper coffee-making machines and good room service. Parking, always a big problem in Jeddah, handled well with front of hotel and basement parking. Powerful and quiet air-conditioning, very important in this part of the world.

Average business hotel, a little on the quiet side with little life or atmosphere. My single room booking was not available so I was upgraded to the Diplomatic Suite. This was quite nice despite the rather chinsey décor. Cant fault the bed, Kingsize and very comfortable, the AC was quiet too which makes a change. That said I was paying... More

Simply, it is an officially ranked as 3 star hotel by the authorities (you can see that on the right side wall behined receiption). Service is really horrible. Room fixtures is 4 star at best and the bathroom is an ideal example of shame. Don't believe thier website or booking who says it's 5 star. Service is horrible; housekeeping is... More

An average business hotel with all the necessary requirements including a nice pool and good breakfast buffet. A good central location for business but nothing much in walking distance apart from a seedy shopping mall. The more upmarket Le meridian is a five minute walk away and that has its own machine gun nest in the front to protect it.... More

I arrived to this hotel on the 15th of July 2010. Check-in was a breeze only lasted for few minutes. The room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Room cleaning service was done on daytime for the first two days, however on the third day I came back tired from work at 7 PM to find that they... More
