i use 2 go there every week with my family,everything perfect,view,service,food..... iven we were going every saturday 2 the sinema... fantastic place 4 evrything,business . meating . family frendly . u can find for u a great place its include plases for everykind of ppls.

Spent 3 nights there in March 2011. All good but the restaurants were unimaginative with ordinary food and service.

We stayed one night at the hotel and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel lobby is spacious, offers plenty of seating. Some shops and a bank are also housed within the complex. The room and the bathroom was very clean. The Breakfast buffet offered lots of options. Would stay here again if returning to Aleppo.

this hotel was very good, as you would expect from a sheraton hotel..... great hotel.

Hotel is centrally located, though in the middle of a parking lot/ closed construction like island... so feels a little islolated as its concrete dead space around it. This is a great property well located in Aleppo. But the service is iffy. Staff seem poorly trained and organized. Breakfast was a disorganized zoo! The Italian Restaurant is great though! Check-in and out a bit laboured. Room amenities are cheap.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Aleppo. The location was just perfect for our requirements - we wanted to be able to walk around the old city.
