Apart from a good location, walking distance to most sights, and reasonably good service, this hotel has modern well equipped rooms (garden wing) that are nonetheles on the small side, skimpy and impractical shower rooms; suites in the main residence are ok but terribly overpriced. Stayed here 5 nights, far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to be able to walk everywhere. Very friendly staff, bear in mind Garden rooms have been refurbished, but are big walk in showers rather than baths, however there are different style rooms. This small boutique hotel has old world charm (being the former residence of Prince Souvannaphouma), a beautiful garden setting and all modern conveniences.
