I really want to love it. I used to, and we made up earlier in the year when I stayed in one of the older, business deluxe rooms on the exec floor. An excellent hotel marred by ridiculous security arrangements outside the premises. A noisy neighbour making overseas calls at 2:00 in the morning while standing in the balcony made sleeping a nightmare.
