I would never stay here if I'll ever be back in Mandalay. Service is terrible and staff are obviously scared of the govt. We asked directions to the Moustache Bros. and the lied to us and said that they no longer perform (they do) and they dont know where they are. We pressured the staff to give us the address...

The accomodation and the reception were excellent. More service than in other hotels in Myanmar, like fresh fruit being offered after a lon journey. But above all, we stayed for a week and enjoyed the warm and caring dedication of the staff. They rendered every support we needed. Definitely a place to return to!
