do not go total waste of money and precious holiday time ... a disappointment from the word go ... arrived in the morning so expected a good day to get used to the hotel ... staff rubbish and incompetent , went all inclusive and had to ask for wrist band ... place full with drunk Russians and rude Germans... food... Just returned from two weeks. We arrived at 11.30 am to register, but like in the UK the rooms were being cleaned, no problem, we were given wrist bands and told to make ourselves at home until 2.30pm.
