Excellent location one street back from the sea, walking distance to cheap restaurants and main train station. Clean rooms and good beds. Slightly stinky and run down bathroom but decent hot shower. Noisy at night but normal for an egyptian city (think car horns). Very average breakfast for the price, i.e. packaged croissants and bread. Relatively helpful staff.
