The Ibis Constanta is well located with a waterfront location in the central area of town. There really aren't many local international hotel choices so the Ibis is the only choice if looking for an international brand. I stayed in the hotel for a week during a business trip. The room was clean and tidy. A bit spartan but atractive and servicable. Staff were extremely helpful. Great massage at hotel gym! View from oceanside of hotel was great. Bring your own cable to plug your laptop into hotel internet system! Breakfast was good.
