The hotel is located out of the city center, area is not very pleasant – some kind of military buildings and central cemetery of Plovdiv and if you want to go somewhere need a transport, bus stop is 5 min away, but the better and easy way is to use a taxi – I recommend it, the receptionist will call... The Imperial is a very plush, clean and comfortable, high quality hotel. The staff are helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The staff was very friendly and professiona but the room was very small , but the prize was very good. The breakfast wasn't good because there were only 3 different types of eggs some fruits bread and something like honey but at the package wrote syrup with honey flavor

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was spacious and well furnished. Parking is secure with a guard sitting at the entrance. A little off the beaten path it seemed but had a number of signs leading you to the hotel.
