No real complaints - the rooms were clean and the breakfast options were pretty good. couldn't really shake the feeling that we were paying far too much however.
We were travelling as a couple plus a single traveller, and had booked a double room and a single room at Hotel Pellegrino via booking.com. When we arrived, we were told that the rooms we had booked were not available because other guests had extended their say at the hotel. We were offered an apartment in their hotel with two...

Went to Mostar to see the bridge and found this place via all the signs in Mostar. Owner was helpful with the bags but you have to park in the local car park for 5 euros overnight and to be told that the car park was the most safe in Mostar wasn't very reassuring. Gypsy women begging also didn't help...

It is almost 2 years since I stayed here but it was a great experience. The owner was very frienddly and helpful. The room was really nice and breakfast was good. Yes, smoking in the restaurant is a problem but that is unfortunately common place in Bosnia still.
I would go here again. Parking in Mostar can be challenging but...

Our nightmare began as soon as we arrived. My company had booked with a credit card on the understanding that they would use the card for payment.
The aggressive female owner insisted on cash despite agreeing to the booking.
The heating was on full pelt despite it being a balmy day. We woke up dehydrated because of it.

Very comfortable room and very helpful staff. A good location to get to the old city easily. Only problem was that they still allow smoking in the public areas - assume that is a problem throughout Bosnia. Made breakfast not as pleasant as it should have been although the baklava almost made up for it. No elevator.
We liked the location of the hotel, there is car park nearby and it only 10 minutes walk from the old Mostar and the bridge.
Breakfast was excellent, nice buffet with local produce.
The staff was also very helpful.
The room was clean with a nicely fill up mini bar, it had a Queen size bed an a little kitchen....

My wife, two children (ages 4 & 2) and I stayed in a Executive Room in Hotel Pellegrino and had a great experience. The Executive Room has two queen beds, a small kitchen, table and chairs, large flat screen television, large bathroom, and a large balcony with table and chairs. The room was modern, clean, and although I couldn't find...

We read the reviews on this hotel, which were generally good, and disregarded the instance of the booking not being honoured. However it happened to us as well.
It was odd, as I am sure that we had not even given our names before we were told that there was "no room at the inn" for us (although they apparently...

When I found this wonderful hotel, the hosts welcomed me with a cappuccino and bowl of sweets. The hotel is well located, the hosts very friendly, with beautiful views of the old town minarets. I really enjoyed my stay.
