This is a beautifully designed and furnished hotel with pleasant and welcoming staff. We were in room 2 which is very attractive but small. We have just stayed there and are thoroughly glad we did. The hotel is located at the back of the square where the maritime museum is found, next to a bar called evergreen. The entrance is found up some steps at the back of the building. The hotel seems to have 9 rooms and our room cost €90 per night.... More

I was a bit aprehensive about montecristo as it had no trip advisor reviews. Turns out it is a fairly new hotel. What beautiful hotel. Our room was very romantically and tastefully decorated with Klimt embroidered pictures. Absolutely beautiful. Great location and excellent price. Highly recommended!
