The hotel was recently built so it's clean and modern inside, i had a flatlet with my own mini kitchen on the third floor. Good wifi, good aircon and whilst the hotel is a busy road, it's double glazed so you don't get much noise. 5 minutes away from the main bus station and 15 minute walk to the beach...

+ spacious clean rooms
+ small pantry in the room
+ free WiFi
+ located on the street between the bus station and the seafront
+ opposite the hotel there is an ATB supermarket
+ 10 min walk to the central market, 15 min to the seafront
+ prices seem to vary, so book ahead
o just local TV channels...
