We stayed in an apartment here in Sept 2007. The hotels own website advertises that they speak good English (only ONE person does) They also advertise that they rent sea kayaks, a reason I decided to stay there. When I asked to rent one however the owner told me they did not rent them despite me seeing two in their... More
