This was a lovely place to stay, big rooms, well serviced and with a lovely view across the bay towards old town. Is 25 mins walk or easy bus trip to old city. We just returned from a 16 day stay at Villa Hresc (apparently we were the longest staying guests of the hotel's history)! We stayed 4 noghts in appartment 1 at the Neven floor (1st floor). Excellent view to the Old town and the Adriatic. Very clean and well equipped appratment. Nice surroundings - maybe except for the road beteween the buiilding and the coast.

We went to a wedding in Zadar in June and pretty much rented the whole place. Villa Hresc is perfect for this. The apartments are very modern, nicely decorated and most have balconies, some of them huge. Having spent a short break at Villa Hresc I can not understand why anybody can make negative comments. Staff, room, location were prefect and could not be faulted hope to be back there soon.
