Excellent location and very helpful staff. The building is a residential one and there is no lift to access hotel. However, the staff is so kind and helpful that overcome any inconvenient! There is a parking garage included in the rate. Therefore, the relation Cost vs Benefit is fine.

Walking distance from Port/Harbour/Ferry, bus, & rail station, palace open air markets, everything. Only thing missing is elevator. But the young men help with the luggage, very accommodating. Don't let the outside put you off inside is perfect, all that you need for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast is included and is very good.

Nice little hotel next to the old city of Split. Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast. We had one of the big rooms with balcony at the back of the hotel. Nice view and no noise. We are absolutely coming back next time we are in Split.

if you go by car it is about 200 meters from parking place to the hotel. The rooms are really clean. you can easily walk to the harbour or old town. They dont have an elevator. The breakfast may be a little rich but it is okey. i can stay here if i come to split again.
