Ask for a room not facing street if possible. Rooms were very nice with tall ceilings and nice floor tile and furnishing. The courtyard was really nice. Very historical but well kept.

I have stayed at the Hotel Aurora numerous times over the years. It is wonderful. Fantastic location, beautiful courtyard, friendly staff, well appointed rooms.... I love this place!
I stayed here twice as part of a university-sponsored project in several parts of the country. I really enjoyed my time here; and it is so easy to unwind and reflect, taking in the culture that abounds. Also, the property, because it is so rich in culture -- and the rooms and decor reflect that -- doesn't need to be...

I've stayed at the Aurora three or four times. Every stay is near perfect. It is within two blocks of the central park, and close by numerous shops, restaurants and other attractions. The rooms surround a courtyard filled with roses roses, hydrangeas, tropical plants and a fountain. Showers are warm, beds are extremely comfortable. Two computers provide complimentary internet access....

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean and have been well cared for. I liked that is was secured by a locked gate and you had to buzz in. It was across the street from good clean restaurants. A bakery is next door and if you need it, a McDonalds is a few blocks...

We spent several nights at this picturesque inn....great location, nice rooms and bath, safe and secure, close to wonderful bakery and good restaurants (though we appreciated the nearby Domino's Pizza that delivered to our room on two nights of torrential rainstorms). Ask for a room away from the street as traffic begins by 7 a.m. Receptionists speak English well and...

Our two families of 3 adults and 4 teens stayed in Antigua for 10 days. Aurora is a great hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The people are nice. The place is clean. The suite is worth the extra money as it is twice the size of the other rooms. The suite had a safe but our smaller second room did...

This quaint little hotel has it all. Free parking, big clean rooms, free breakfast, friendly staff and a great location. The large corridors that surround the garden are great for an afternoon coffee or tea. Our kids spent the evening enjoying the weather with a board game. Try the dulceria right out front, the bakery a block towards the park...

We stayed in the a suite with a king bed and 2 doubles that was extremely spacious and well maintained. Lovely center courtyard, enjoyable continental breakfast (fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea, juice), and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
