The front rooms are nicer, but higher priced. Howard, the owner was very accommodating, even moved me to an upgrade due to uncontrollable maintenance problems , that he kept busy trying his best to solve. Quiet, clean, beachfront right across the street, Traverse area less than a mile down the street. THX HOWARD!
