No glasses in the bathroom, coffee cups left outside our door from previous visitors when we arrived, no regular coffee packages in kitchen, televisions not set up for closed captioning.
If I'm nitpicking, so be it. I just expected the above not to be a problem at a Hilton Hotel. Not terribly bothersome, but room should have been better prepared...

This property was perfect for our stay right after the holidays to visit family & friends. It's close enough to Boston to visit, but far enough away from the craziness to be truly enjoyable. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. We will definitely consider this property on a return visit to the area.

I stayed at this Homewood Suites over the weekend while doing business in the Harvard Square. It is just up Massachusetts Ave from Harvard Square, an easy drive. But, I had even better luck parking at the nearby Alewife station and taking the T into town. Super easy to do- much easier than parking. The hotel has easy underground parking....

As most of the other reviewers have stated, this is a nice clean property, in a great location. As with most homewood Suites, my only complaint is the food.... Both breakfast and dinner were abysmal in my opinion.
