“Never again”

We will never stay at this hotel again. The tap in the tub was broken, the coffee maker was dirty, the siding looked like there was a fire, the clerk at the desk at night was not very courtious. The rooms just didn't look very nice. We stayed there two years ago and it was much nicer.

“front desk staff make the hotel”

This hotel , may be a little older, but the front desk staff in the evenign is warm and helpful. The hotel is clean and if not just call and explain, the woman at the front has excellent customer service skills and the manager Pat is very helpful
