I'm an SPG Gold member, so unsure if this applies to everyone. But I was upgraded to a suite on the SPG member floor. It was pretty spectacular. I've stayed there las february. It's a nice modern hotel but it's location is uncomfortable because of the noise and traffic. Rooms are fully equipped and staff is nice but never leave your luggage with them because you'll have to wait a lot of time to geit back. The hotel really blew me away. It was so sheek and modern. The staff was friendly, but I had a lot of knocks at my door. Noisy because it is next to the highway. Photo's on the Internet are showing a nicer picture than the reality especially the gym and pool are not even of 3 star quality. I would not go back!

Excellent service, wonderful property, great location. Also the service was very good and very friendly, the food was good and the hotel is beautiful. I will definitely will use it again and recommend it to any traveler

Excellent service, wonderful property, great location. The front desk was helpful, the bartender was friendly, the food was good, the hotel was beautiful - i am being redendundant, but our stay at this hotel set the tone for the start of a great vactation.
